This includes legal expenses, or payments to another party that was used to settle a claim or dispute.
Breach of the Agreement
If a eData Network user breaches any of the terms and conditions of this website, we are authorized to take any actions deemed necessary to respond to the breach. Actions that could follow a breach of agreement include, but are not limited to:
Blocking the user’s website access
Temporarily suspending the user’s access to the website
Blocking the IP address that was used during the breach for website access
Taking appropriate legal action
Assignment

Severability
